- Must have computer skills in key Microsoft applications. - Be able to present to home owners (Sellers) to ensure new real estate sales listings. - Communicate with buyers to gain great sales outcomes. - Handling all buyer inquiry - Showing property to potential buyers - Be the Key negotiator - Must have a current license - Must have a car
